Do I own the code?
Ownership and export terms are defined in the proposal for each project. TriforAI's goal is to give customers practical control of the systems their businesses depend on, but third-party platforms, models, libraries, and infrastructure remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Where does my data live?
That depends on the selected service and architecture. Managed services may use TriforAI-controlled infrastructure. Enterprise projects can be designed for customer-controlled cloud or on-premises deployment. The location and provider access should be documented before implementation.
Do I need my own AI model?
Usually not. Many companies need secure access to their own knowledge before they need to train a model. TriforAI evaluates retrieval, hosted models, private open-source deployment, and fine-tuning separately and recommends the smallest architecture that satisfies the requirement.
Does TriforAI use customer data to train public models?
TriforAI does not use customer data to train public models without explicit permission. When external AI providers are used, their data-handling terms and the project's provider configuration also apply.
Can TriforAI run inside our infrastructure?
Enterprise projects can assess deployment inside a customer-controlled AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, private-cloud, or on-premises environment. Final support depends on the required models, hardware, integrations, and security controls.
How are AI-generated changes tested?
The target workflow separates planning, human approval, implementation, independent validation, TEST deployment, scripted human acceptance, and production promotion. Availability currently depends on the project's execution and deployment configuration.
