This policy describes how TriforAI handles information collected through the triforai.com website. It does not cover the separate TriforAI platform (agents.triforai.com), which has its own account system and data-handling practices, or information handled under a specific project agreement.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company (optional), the option you select describing what you need (Website, Business Platform, Private Enterprise AI, or Not Sure Yet), and your message. We do not collect payment information through this website.
3. Cookies and Analytics
This website does not currently use cookies or third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any such tool is enabled.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information submitted through the contact form to respond to your inquiry, scope a potential project, and maintain reasonable business records of that communication. We do not sell your information.
5. How Contact Form Submissions Are Processed
This website is hosted on Netlify, and the contact form is processed using Netlify's form-handling service, which receives and stores your submission on TriforAI's behalf so it can be delivered to us. Netlify's own privacy and data-handling terms apply to that processing.
6. AI and Customer Data
TriforAI does not use customer data to train public AI models without explicit permission. Where a project uses an external AI provider (for example, a hosted model API), that provider's own data-handling terms and the project's specific provider configuration also apply, as described on the Private Enterprise AI page.
7. Data Retention
Information submitted through the contact form is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to keep basic business records, or as required by law. See the Data Retention page for more detail. Project-specific data retention terms for Business and Enterprise engagements are defined per project.
8. Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through the contact form by emailing admin@triforai.com.
9. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
