How It Works
From business request to accepted result.
TriforAI combines AI planning and implementation with independent validation, isolated testing, and explicit human decisions.

1. Describe the need
The task begins with a business requirement, expected outcome, project, repository, acceptance criteria, and testing target.

2. Build the plan
ARIA organizes the work and the AI Council develops a proposed forward path. The plan is visible before implementation begins.

3. Approve the direction
A human can approve the plan, edit it, reject it, or request a revised plan. Coding does not begin merely because a task was created.

4. Build and validate
The builder works against an isolated copy of the approved repository. Configured tests run, and Codex independently reviews the resulting change.

5. Deploy to TEST
Ordinary validated changes may move to the configured TEST environment. Migrations, infrastructure, credentials, payments, destructive operations, and other high-risk changes require an additional human gate.

6. Follow the acceptance script
The system provides a test URL, summary, known limitations, regression areas, and step-by-step checks. The tester records pass or fail results and notes.

7. Accept and promote
Only human acceptance closes the task. Production promotion is separately configured, disabled by default, and requires confirmation of the accepted release.
Current availability
The complete automated workflow is currently undergoing validation. Some TriforAI projects may use a partially assisted version of this process until project-specific repositories, sandboxes, TEST environments, and deployment commands are configured and verified.
