1. What This Page Covers
This page describes retention for information submitted through the triforai.com contact form. Retention for the TriforAI platform (agents.triforai.com) and for Business or Enterprise project data is defined separately, as described below.
2. Contact Form Submissions
Information submitted through the contact form (name, email, company, message, and the option you select describing what you need) is processed through Netlify's form-handling service and retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to keep basic business records of the communication, or as required by law — whichever is longer.
3. Requesting Deletion
You can request that we delete information you submitted through the contact form by emailing admin@triforai.com. We will act on legitimate requests within a reasonable time. Note that information may persist briefly in routine backups until those backups are naturally cycled.
4. Business and Enterprise Project Data
For Business and Enterprise engagements, retention, backup, and deletion requirements for project data are defined as part of the project's architecture and governance plan, as described on the Business Platform and Private Enterprise AI pages — not by this page.
5. Changes to This Page
We may update this page as our retention practices change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
