1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the TriforAI website (triforai.com), the TriforAI platform (agents.triforai.com), or engaging TriforAI for consultancy services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site, the platform, or the services.
2. What TriforAI Provides
TriforAI provides three related offerings, described in detail on this site: a self-serve platform for building websites, applications, and AI agents (agents.triforai.com); guided implementation of connected business applications; and enterprise AI engagements involving private company knowledge, model strategy, and infrastructure. The specific scope, deliverables, and any project-specific terms for a given engagement are defined in a proposal, order form, or written agreement between TriforAI and the customer. Where this document conflicts with a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls.
3. Accounts and Access
The TriforAI platform (agents.triforai.com) may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify TriforAI promptly at admin@triforai.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Ownership and Code
Ownership and export terms for code, applications, and deliverables are defined per project, as described on this site's Website, Business, and Enterprise pages and confirmed in the applicable proposal. Third-party platforms, models, libraries, and infrastructure used in a project remain subject to their own separate licenses and terms, which TriforAI does not control.
5. Payment
Pricing for consultancy engagements is scoped per project, as described on the Pricing page. Platform subscription pricing, where applicable, is presented on agents.triforai.com at the time of purchase. Third-party services, domains, cloud infrastructure, model API usage, payment processing, and other usage-based costs may be billed separately or passed through at cost, as defined in the applicable proposal.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TriforAI's website, platform, or services to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to TriforAI's or any third party's systems.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The TriforAI website, platform, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as expressly stated in a signed project agreement, TriforAI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website, platform, or services, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TriforAI does not claim any specific compliance certification, security certification, or uptime guarantee unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriforAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website, platform, or services. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit liability in ways not permitted under applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services
TriforAI's website and platform rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers (for example, hosting, form processing, and AI model providers). Use of those third-party services is also subject to the applicable third party's own terms.
10. Termination
TriforAI may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violation of these terms. Termination of a consultancy engagement is governed by the applicable project agreement.
11. Changes to These Terms
TriforAI may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed project agreement specifies otherwise.
